The open gym membership or strength classes are perfect for those runners recognizing how important it is to get in some strength work and have access to a treadmill for those days the conditions outside aren’t ideal. This is a gym membership that is a safe space for runners. It won’t be super busy and overly crowded. No gym bro’s judging you or offering unsolicited advice. Just runners with similar goals to you.
