The Springs All-Comers meet is currently the only outdoor track event in Colorado Springs open to the public. There are no age limitations, time standards, or any other requirements to enter. All are truly welcome to get after it on the track. You can do the 5k, 1500m, or both if you really love the burn of the track.

Important notes:

• Registration closes on the Wednesday prior to the meet (TBD for 2025)

• Heats will be run fast to slow

• 5k will be run first followed by the 1500m

• Men and women will be mixed based on seed times

• Official start times may vary based on number of entrants/heats

• No times (AKA: no time provided) will result in being placed in the slowest heat

• Popsicles and water will be provided at the finish if its warm!
