  • Any one looking to take their running to the next level whether that is a beginner looking to start, someone looking to finish their first event, and those interested in pushing the limits of their body to find their ceiling will find benefits from our coaching!

  • Our pricing is $225/month for programming your runs only and $300/month if programming runs and strength work. Billed monthly

    There is a 10% discount if committing to and paying for 6 months upfront.

    All major credit cards, cash, or checks are accepted for payment.

  • All programs are delivered through an app called Final Surge. This app allows you to upload training data collected from your watch, comment, and/or provide other relevant details you see fit to help facilitate training decisions. Your coach will then analyze this data/info and adjust your training weekly as needed.

  • Not at all! Our coaches are skilled at helping you without any additional tech. However, to get the most out of your training and insurance that the best decisions are being made it is encouraged as the additional information paints a more complete picture of what is occurring in your training.

  • One of the perks of having a PT on staff is that your coach can pick their brain about any niggles that may present in order to prevent it from becoming a full blown injury. That is not to say we can prevent everything. Injuries happen! Should that occur, we can get you connected with our PT and Owner Adam to help trouble shoot the situation and get you back to strong, healthy running ASAP.
